Spring 2013 Recital Information
Mark your calendar! Spring recitals will be held at Rhapsody Thursday through Sunday,18-21. The Thursday recital is for our adult students only; all other recitals are open to everyone. Recitals are held at the studio and are 45 minutes in length. A reception will follow each recital. Each family is asked to bring a dozen treats of your choice for the reception. Students will be able to sign up for their preferred recital day/time starting Monday, March 4, and all students performing in the recitals must be signed up no later than Friday, March16.Each recital is limited to 10 performers and we recommend signing up early if you have a tight schedule. (This document available) shows you which recitals your teacher will be present for. “OK” in green means they’re available to be there; “(OK)” in yellow means they’d be available if necessary; the red box means they’re not available for that recital. You can sign up for a recital where your teacher is not present, but we hope you’ll be able to choose a time where your teacher can be there! If your teacher is not listed, you’ll need to get their availability directly from them.

You can sign up for a recital by calling 848-2045, email julie@rhapsodyarts.org, or through the online customer portal.

How to sign up online: Go to www.rhapsodyarts.org, then “current families login,” then “customer portal” to access your account. Your username is your email address, and if you don’t know your password, just click “I don’t know my password” and the system will email it to you. Sign up for a recital by clicking on the registration tab, then select “Recital” under “Cat2″. This step filters our classes so you only see the recitals.
