- Pennies for Pianos and Year-End Giving
Have you noticed the fun piano in our lobby? It makes a really cool sound when you drop in your spare change! Rhapsody is “one down, three to go” in our Pennies for Pianos campaign. Our first piano is being enjoyed by many students for many hours each week. We received a generous $1100 pledged donation toward our second piano, with the stipulation that the money is the last $1100 for the piano. Can you help us raise the first $3400 by the end of 2012? That’s only 340,000 pennies…and remember that other coins and bills fit nicely into the slot on our fundraising piano too!
- Art In Youth community outreach program for 2013: Dane Arts’ Power 2 Give matches 50 cents on every dollar donated
Donate to “Art In Youth”, our community outreach program! This includes Rhythms at Recess (for public elementary school kids), Clocks in Motion (for community members of all ages), and Adventures in Art (bringing together seniors and children). Click here for more information.
- Consider Rhapsody for your year-end giving!
We hope you’ll think of us. Our scholarship program, community programs, instrument purchases, and faculty professional development are possible through generous donations from people like you. Rhapsody is a 501c3 nonprofit community school of the arts and your gift is tax deductible.
