Groupon customers: Please note that your Groupon is only valid for CLASSES (not private or partner lessons).

To sign up for classes and lessons, you have THREE different options:
1. Register Online

Online Registration Instructions:

Registering online is simple and convenient.

a. When you click on the register link , a registration form will appear, prompting you to provide family and student information (name, phone number, e-mail address, etc.).  

b. Next, please click on the “Search Classes” link on that form, which will take you to our schedule of classes. Simply click on the class you would like to attend. After you’ve selected your classes, you will be prompted to review our policies and provide your credit card information at the bottom of the page.

c. To conclude your online registration, hit the “Submit Registration Information” button. Please note that the appropriate tuition (and any discounts or fees) for each course for which you have registered will be calculated by a manager and charged to your account within 2 business days, and your registration and payment will be confirmed by email. If you prefer to pay by another method (cash or check, bank account withdrawal payment plan, credit card payment plan, or credit card in person), you may do so by indicating this at the bottom of the form. The system requires a credit card to be on file for online registration, but your card is not charged if you’ve indicated an alternate payment method. If there are any questions about your registration, we will contact you before your payment is processed.

Academic 2010-11 and Summer 2011 Rhapsody Families: When you see “Already a customer? Click here to login” at the top of the registration form, please note that you are considered a “new” customer the first time you use this online registration program. Do not ”Click here to login” — please fill out the form as a “new” customer.

2. Register by Phone:

Just call our Office at (608) 848-2045.

3. Register by Mail:

You may download our Registration Brochure, fill it out, and mail it to the address at the bottom of the form. Alternatively, you can fax the form to (608) 848-2044.  There are separate forms for Classes and Private/Partner Lessons.  We recommend that new Music Therapy clients speak with our Music Therapist before enrolling. We will be happy to guide you through the registration process and advise you on the choices that best fit your needs.
